The enormous power of ICYMs youth members  was highlighted in Kinnigoli on Sunday 20th April on the occasion of Score jubilee celebration of ICYM Kinnigoli deanery in front of thousands pf youth supporters. The church ground of Kinnigoli  was the centre of attraction on the Easter Sunday as it hosted this grand event. The dignitaries of the function were Most Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, The Bishop ,Diocese of Mangalore; Very Rev.Fr Alfred Pinto ,Vicar forane of Kinnigoli Deanery; Mr Elias Sanctis; Mr Sheldon Crasta, President, ICYM central Counil, Diocese of Mangalore; Rev Fr vinod Lobo, The Director of ICYM Kinnigoli Deanery; Rev Fr Maxim Pinto, Asst Director of ICYM Kinnigoli Deanery, Ms Melreeda  Rodrigues, the president  and Mr Manoj Fernandes were also present on the dais. The theme song of the event ‘Yu  saktek jay ho’ which was composed by upcoming music sensation Prajot Desa was performed by youth. Rev Fr Vinod Lobo welcomed the gathering. The former presidents, directors of deanery were felicitated by Bishop. All the parish priests of Kinnigoli deanery were presented a token of gratitude by vicar forane. The Bishop admired the spirit and enthusiasm of ICYM Kinnigoli Deanery for organising so many programm. The formal pogramme was followed by konkani drama ‘konyki gottuna’ enacted by youth .
