Aug 10, 2016: ICYM Episcopal City Deanery (ECD) in collaboration with ICYM Tannirbavi unit organized an event "YARO KA DIVAS" on 7th August 2016 at Thannirbavi Tree Park to celebrate friendship day.
The event commenced with a prayer led by Rev. Fr. Alban Rodrigues, Parish Priest of Thannirbhavi Parish and was inaugurated by cutting a cake along with all the unit Presidents as a mark of sharing love, happiness and as a sign of creating a bond among the ECD ICYM members.
Fr. Alban gave the key note address on the importance of friendship. Rev. Fr. Anil Lobo, Director of ICYM, ECD encouraged the members to take active part in all the activities conducted and also asked the members to be a part of the Yuva Samavesh-2016 that will be held soon. Mr. Aeren Lobo, former president of ECD was also present for the program.
Amazing games and refreshments increased the joy of the celebration.
Darwin Coelho, President ICYM Thannirbavi unit welcomed the gathering and Secretary Ms. Ashwitha Coelho proposed the Vote of Thanks. Around 85 youth were present for the program.
