May 26 : Due to COVID-19 lockdown, several Hospitals are finding it difficult to meet the Blood Requirement. To tackle this issue, ICYM Mangalore Diocese came up with RED DROP DRIVE 2020 dating from 13th May to 24th may 2020 where members voluntarily donated blood to their nearest Blood Banks on the scheduled dates. There were total 61 members who donated blood under this drive.
ICYM Central Office Mangalore Diocese is thankful to all the deanery and unit presidents and secretaries for taking a leadership to support & promote this initiative in your units and getting many members to donate blood and help the society.
