The Central Council of ICYM Mangalore diocese had organized a one day Training Programme for the all the new office bearers of different ICYM units of Mangalore diocese at St Joseph Seminary, Jeppu on June 21st, 2015. The programme began with an inaugural ceremony presided by Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Rector of St Joseph Seminary, Jeppu. Rev Fr Richard Dsouza, the main speaker of the day addressed the gathering on the topic “Conducting Innovative Programmes by ICYM’’.
This was followed by a panel discussion in which President, Secretary, Treasurers and “Amchoyuvak” rep of each unit were trained by Ms Melreeda Rodrigues, the President of Central Council, Venassia Rodrigues, the secretary, Briston Miranda ,the treasurer and Manoj Fernandes ,the PRO of ICYM central council respectively.
The new Id cards for the members were distributed by Rev Fr Ronald D’souza, Youth Director of Mangalore Diocese. An informative session about the new website INDIAN CATHOLICS was conducted.
