Jan 10, 2024 : ICYM Kinnigoli celebrated Christmas by conducting Greeting Card, Drawing Competition for children on 17th December, cake cutting and cake auction on 24th December, Crib competition judging on 25th December and New Year celebration on 31st December with an event.

ICYM Kinnigoli conducted Greeting cards, Drawing and colouring competitions for children from 1st to 12th std students. The competition was divided into 5 categories. 1st category was for 1st and 2nd std students who had greeting card and colouring competitions. Other categories had greeting card and drawing competitions.

On Christmas eve 24th December, ICYM Kinnigoli conducted cake auction. The event began after the mass by cutting the cake followed by cake auction. The dignitaries for cake cutting ceremony were Fr. Faustine Lucas Lobo ICYM Director, Fr. Vivek Deepak Pinto ICYM Asst. Director, Fr. Lancy Saldana Principal St. Marys Central School Kinnigoli, Sr. Premalatha head of Bethany Convent Kinnigoli, Mr. William Dsouza Vice president of Parish Council, Mr. Michael Pinto Parish council Secretary, Rohan Fernandes ICYM President and Sarah Mathias ICYM Secretary. There were 3 cakes for auction and a gift hamper. All parish people participated actively in the auction. After that, they conducted a housie-housie game for parishioners.

On 25th December , ICYM Kinnigoli judged the crib and star competition held for parishioners. There were 12 participants for the crib competition and 2 for the star competition.

On New Year ’s Eve, ICYM Kinnigoli conducted a programme. The programme began after the mass with a dance performance by YCS members followed by a cake cutting ceremony. Then prizes were distributed for all the winners of the competitions conducted by ICYM. Consolation prizes were also given to all participants followed by a dance performance by altar boys. Then they conducted a cock auction followed by a rabbit auction. They also conducted a housie-housie game for all parishioners.
