P.Y.C along with the association of Freston Knowledge Foundation and Fr. Mullers Charitable Hospital mangalore, conducted a blood donation camp on 4th august in Pompei Sabha Bavan, Gurpura Kaikamba. The inaugural of the program was done by the chief guest Director of P.Y.C Fr. Gregory Serao along with the dignitaries Mr. Prem Rasquniha president of P.Y.C, Ln Peter Pinto Co ordinater DG Programme, Ln N J Nagesh Kumar Co ordinator of blood donation, Ln Madhamaiah president lions club kaikamba, Mr. Romans Lobo and Mr. Richard Fernandes vice president and secretary of gurpur church parish council and Doctor Crysel representative Fr. Mullers Charitable Hospital.

Along with them Ln Satish Salian zonal chairperson, Officials of lions club mangalore and Office bearers and members of P.Y.C were also present. Dr. Murulikrishna gave a brief talk on who can/cannot donate blood and the benefits of blood donation. The camp started at 9.30am and went on up to 1pm. around 50 people attended the camp with 38 donations. Donors were served with refreshments and are given card with some free facilities in Fr. Mullers Charitable Hospital.
