June 14 : ICYM St.John Paul II Deanery in collaboration with ICYM Mogarnad unit organised ' Annual General Meeting and Election 2K23' at Mogarnad Church Hall. Former Deanery Director Rev.Fr Henry Dsouza SFX, Deanery Director Rev. Fr. Anil Dmello, Joyal Kollangan Deanery Representative from Central Council , Winston Hospet Vice President , Deanery President Avil Rodrigues, Secretary Lavisha Dsouza, Unit President Avit Lobo, Secretary Melvita Pereira , Mr. Santhosh Vice President Parish Pastoral Council were present.
Deanery president Avil Rodrigues welcomed guests, Lavisha Dsouza submitted the Annual Report in the general meeting. Treasurer Avil Lobo submitted all expenses of the year.
After that all the guests on the Dais honored the Former Deanery Director Rev.Fr Henry Dsouza SFX.
After the Honor Program, Deanery Election was held for the year 2023-24 . Election was conducted by Central Council Vice President Winston Hospet. Before the Election he briefed about the office bearers post and their responsibilities and conducted the election smoothly. Deanery director Fr. Anil Dmello addressed the youth.
After the elections, the former office bearers of the year 2022 - 23 handed over their charge to the newly elected office bearers.
The newly elected president spoke on the occasion and thanked everyone for electing him as the president. Former Deanery President Mr. Avil Rodrigues thanked everyone for supporting ICYM during the years and also for the co-operation and gave memento to Deanery executive committee members.
