Aug. 01, 2017: ICYM Surathkal unit organized "Yuva Milan - 2017" on 30th July 2017. Rev. Fr Paul Pinto - Director of ICYM Surathkal, Mr Steevan Quadros - Resource Person, Mr Dony Suares - Vice President of Parish Pastrol Committee, Mr Bernard D'Souza - Secretary of Parish Pastrol Committee, Mr Anish D'Souza - President of Mother Teresa Deanery, Ms Teena Rebello - Animator of Mother Teresa Deanery were present for the inaugural program. The program began with a short prayer service by unit members.
Mr Sandeep Dsouza, President of ICYM Surathkal welcomed the gathering. The guest inaugurated the event by planting a sapling. Secretary Ms Ronita Serrao proposed the vote of thanks. Mr Steevan Quadros was the Chief Guest & the Resource Person of the program. He conducted fun filled program with games, group activity, ice breaking & sessions. Session was conducted by Mr Steevan Quadros regarding UPSC & also shared information about various govt. facility available.
Rev. Fr Ronald Prakash D'Souza - Director of ICYM Mangalore Diocese & ICYM Central Council President Mr Elroy Saldanha & Lady Vice President Ivy Melisha and other Office Bearers were present for this programme. Around 120 youth of the parish actively participated in the event .The program concluded with group photograph followed by lunch.
