ICYM Moodbidri Deanery and the ICYM Taccode unit jointly organised the 'Way of the Cross' on 19th March 2023 Sunday at Holy Cross Hill (Kursa Gudo) Taccode at 4:00 PM.

V.Rev.Fr.Onil Dsouza-Vicar Forane Moodbidri Deanery and Mr.Alrick Dsilva-Joint Secretary ICYM Mangalore Diocese were present.

Mr.Kiran Rodrigues-Media Rep ICYM taccode unit welcomed the gathering.

Way of the Cross began with an introductory prayer followed by 14 stations of the way of the Cross which was based on problems faced in a family and were recited by youths of Moodbidri Deanery.

At the end, Vicar Forane V.Rev.Fr.Onil Dsouza briefed them about the role of Veronica, Women of Jerusalem and Simon of Cyrene in the way of the Cross and gave everyone a call to serve each other as Veronica and Simon of Cyrene and blessings to the gathering were offered.

A vote of Thanks was given by Mr. Mithesh Dsouza - President of ICYM Moodbidri Deanery.

As a token of good deed during the lent season, a Wheel Chair was donated to Karunalaya Ashram by youths of ICYM Moodbidri Deanery.

Hundreds of Devotees along with youths were present, refreshments were served to all gathered there.

The Way Of Cross will be telecasted on Television and Youtube channels of DIVINE WORD.
