July 17 : The inauguration of Ruby Jubilee (40 years' anniversary) of ICYM Unit of St. Anne Church Kelarai was held on July 16, 2023 during the 7 a.m mass.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by the Parish Priest and Director of ICYM Kelarai Unit in the presence of Rev. Fr. Joseph Mascarenhas, The second ICYM president of Kelarai Mr. Maxim Pinto, The Parish Council Vice President Mr. Santhosh Dcosta , the Secretary of Parish Council Mrs. Celine Dmello, The animators Mr. Vinod Pereira and Mrs. Linet Crasta and the ICYM Kelarai Unit President Ms. Arleen Dsouza and Secretary Ms. Lenisha Crasta. Ms. Vinet Dsouza announced the list of activities to be held for the year 2023-24 and briefed about the journey of ICYM , Kelarai Unit.

Visit to Sneha Sadan AIDS Rehabilitation centre
The ICYM Kelarai Unit visited the Sneha Sadan AIDS Rehabilitation centre in Gurupura Kaikamba on July 16 , 2023. 22 Members along with 2 Animators visited the Centre. The Program began with a prayer service by Ms. Anitha Mascarenhas and Ms. Preethi Fernandes. Ms. Lenisha welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Sibi extended a cordial welcome to the members of ICYM Kelarai Unit.
The children were entertained by a dance performance by Ms. Alisha Crasta and team followed by many fun and exciting games conducted by Mr. Joswin Dsouza and Ms. Preethi Fernandes. The children and members of ICYM Kelarai Unit actively took part and enjoyed the action song led by Ms. Ashlin Dsouza and team. The refreshments were served after which Ms. Lenisha Crasta proposed the vote of thanks.
Rev. Fr. Sibi thanked the ICYM Kelarai Unit for their visit and for spending their precious time after which prizes were distributed for the games conducted.
