July 14, 2017: In a unique & noble gesture of its kind, the youth of ICYM Madanthyar Unit got united to help the needy through scrap collection. The youth who visited every house of the parish in groups have collected the unused materials and have sold them to generate a fund of 1 Lakh Rupees.
The collected amount was distributed to the 11 poor families of the parish for education and building houses. This noble deed of the Madanthyar youth is well appreciated by many people of the Diocese.
Kudos Madanthyar youth!!!. You are the true example for the saying “Young blood in Action”.
