The 1st ICYM meeting of ICYM Mogarnad deanery was held in ''OUR LADY OF DOLOURS'' Church Vitla on Aug 10 2014 at 4 p.m .

Fr. Eric Crasta,  ICYM Director Mogarnad Deanery, Mr.Deril D'souza, Vice President of ICYM Central Council & Deanery Representative and Sunil D'souza, Joint Secretary of ICYM Central Council were present.
          
The newly appointed Director welcomed all the youth's of the Deanery. The new Deanery was formed by combining 4 church's of Puttur Deanery - Borimar, Vitla, Peruvai & Manela and 3 church's of Bantwal Deanery - Mogarnad, Shamboor & Saletthur. Hence all the youth's of these unit's were not familiar with each other, so Fr. Eric first made all to introduce themselves; to each other.

Later all the President's of each unit lighted the lamp and  inaugrated the first Deanery Meeting. Mr.Deril D'souza conducted  the election process.

The newly elected members are

President - Mr.Sonod Lobo, Shamboor
Vice President - Mr.Stevan Dsouza, Saletthur
Secretery - Mr.Ashwin Sequeira, Borimar
Joint Secretery - Mr.Preetham Sequeira, Vitla
Tresurer Mr.Praveen Crasta,Mogarnad
Auditor - Mr.Santhosh, Peruvai
Amcho Yuvak Rep - Mr.Rakesh Dsouza, Saletthur

After the election  oath taking ceremony was conducted by the Director .

The newly formed office bearers conducted the first meeting and decided to have a program for all the youth's of Mogarnad Deanery, at the end  Secretary Ashwin thanked everyone and concluded the meeting with  ICYM Anthem
