Nov 5 : Aqua War 2023 - Diocese Level Inter Parish Water Games Tournament was conducted by ICYM Thannirbavi unit on 17th September 2023 at Thannirbavi Church Grounds.

The Prayer was led by Rortin, Rovena and Nalin. Joel Dsouza, ICYM President welcomed the gathering.

The dignitaries on the dais were, Rev. Fr. Lawrence D'souza - Parish Priest of Thannirbavi, Rer. Fr. Lawrence - Director of ECD ICYM, Mithesh Dsouza - President ICYM Central Council, Wilma Secretary - ICYM Central Council, Joswin - President ECD ICYM, and the Parish Pastoral committee members.

All the dignitaries came together and inaugurated the event by flashing water. The Rev. Fr. Lawrence Dsouza, Rev. Fr. Lawrence and Mithesh Dsouza gave the message for the day.

Thereafter with the march fast the event began. Games were conducted smoothly by Rorthan Coelho.

During the Event , the newly elected Deputy Mayor Ms. Sunita Salian graced the event, she was felicitated on her new responsibility.

There were 10 teams which had participated. Team Permannur were the Winners and Team Vamanjoor were the Runners.

The Master of Ceremony was done by Glanita Dsouza, ICYM Secretary. The vote of thanks was given by Riyana Shinny.
