To commemorate the 20 fruitful years of Small Christian Community in our Parish and as a part of the community day to be held on November 22, ICYM Bantwal unit conducted inter ward singing competition on 1st November 2015.
20 wards participated in this competition. The winners are as follows:
First Place - Sacred Heart ward
Second place - Carmel ward
Third Place - St Paul Ward
Fr. Joel Lopez, Mr. Jude Fernandes and Mrs. Silvia Fernandes were the esteemed judges of the competition.
The formal function began with a prayer. Steevan Sequeira welcomed the gathering.
Gracing the dais also were Rev. Fr. Maxim Noronha, Parish Priest, Fr. Johnson Sequeira, Assistant Parish Priest, Mr. Francis Saldanha, Vice President of Parish Pastoral Committee; Mrs. Priya Carlo, Secretary of Parish Pastoral Committee , Ms. Helen Sequeira, Director of SCC.
