Aug 27, 2016: ICYM Omzoor unit organized "Yuva Milan-2016" on 14 August 2016.
The program was graced as chief guest by parish council Vice President Mr. Melwyn Braggs, and presided by the parish priest Rev. Fr. James Dsouza.
The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Rev. Fr. James Dsouza in his presidential remarks encouraged the youth to stay united and work for the betterment of the community. Later the session on the topic "ICYM, yesterday today and tomorrow" was conducted by Mr. Sanod Lobo, Samboor. The session was filled with games and group activities.
Later the executive members of ICYM Mangalore diocese lead by Fr. Ronald Dsouza, the Diocesan youth Director attended the program. Fr. Ronald Dsouza shared useful information regarding the NYC-2017 and asked for the cooperation of the youth to make NYC a successful event.
Secretary of Bantwal deanery, Mr. Vijeth Pinto, animator of ICYM Omzoor unit Mr. Joyson Miranda, ICYM President of Omzoor unit Mr. Rohan Dsouza and Secretary Gloria Coelho were present. The program was concluded with the ICYM anthem.
