Sep 25 : ICYM Madanthyar Unit Celebrated Feast of Nativity of Blessed Mother Mary on 8th September 2019 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar. The Celebration began with the grand procession from the Shrine of Valankanni Matha placed at Madanthyar town, to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar.

Rev. Fr. Basil Vas, Parish priest Sacred Heart Church and Director of ICYM blessed the new grains. All the youth and devotees honoured Blessed Mother Mary by offering flowers followed by Holy Eucharistic Mass. Rev. Fr. Stany Pinto Assistant Parish Priest & Assistant Director of ICYM preached on the importance of nativity feast.

ICYM Madanthyar Unit members distributed ‘Payasam’ , mixed with blessed grains to the parishioners. Swebert Ralph, unit President , Ashwini Moras, unit Secretary and all the youths took part in the celebration.
