July 24, 2017: ICYM Madanthyar celebrated "Vanamahotsav" on 23rd July, 2017 along with the parishioners of Sacred Heart Church Madanthyar. Soon after the second mass, a short program of Vanamahotsav was organized.
The Parish Priest of Madanthyar Church Rev Fr Basil Vas gave a short message on Vanamahotsav and then planted a sapling along with Asst Parish Priest Fr Alwyn and Principal Fr Jerome as a symbolic representation of Vanamahotsav.
After this program about 150 saplings were distributed to the parishioner's and saplings were planted at Church campus.
