Oct 04, 2017: ICYM Mariashram Thalapady unit for the first time had organized "Gadhya Khel" on October 1st for the parishioners. All seven wards had actively participated in this event.
Formal function was inaugurated by Fr Edwin Mascarenhas Parish Priest, Unit Animator Sr Severine, Vice President, Secretary and Diocese Council Member Leon also shared the dias.
Gadhya Khel started with a marchfast then treasure hunt. Later individual games were conducted for all age group. Group games like dodge ball and tug of war were conducted for both boys and girls. Shower was arranged. Lunch was served for everyone.
The day was concluded with the prize disrtibution and championship trophy. At the end the dj and baila dance brought extra energy to the crowd.
