July 10 : On the occasion of Vanamahotsava , ICYM Vorkady unit & Parish Ayog celebrated Van Mahotsav 2023 at Sacred Heart Jesus church premises Vorkady on June 18, 2023.
Ms Mareena welcomed the gathering. Rev Fr Basil Vas director of ICYM Vorkady unit, Parish vice-president Mr Rajesh Palengri, Parish secretary Mrs Sandya, Parish Ayog coordinator Mr Prakash , ICYM animator Sr Severin D cunha & ICYM president Parkash Tellis & ICYM secretary Renisha Dsouza, ICYM members and all of the parishioners were present for this program.

Rev Fr Basil Vas inaugurated the program by planting a mango plant and addressed the gathering about the importance of growing plants & trees. After knowing the importance of plants, ICYM members planted a plant. The program concluded with a vote of gratitude delivered by ICYM joint secretary Ms Premal Dsouza.
