Aug 17, 2023 : In a commendable display of community spirit and patriotism, the ICYM Pakshikere unit, in collaboration with the St. Jude Association Pakshikere, organized a road improvement initiative on the occasion of Independence Day. The joint effort aimed to address the issue of road potholes, a concern that has long plagued local residents. Members from both organizations joined forces to fill potholes spanning the stretch from Koikude Petrol Pump to S.Kodi Junction.
Under the leadership of ICYM President, Mr. Darryl Miranda, and St. Jude Association Pakshikere President, Jackson Saldanha, the initiative saw the active participation of numerous dedicated members. The event, which took place from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on August 15th, showcased a collaborative approach towards community welfare.
