Nov 17 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement, Lady of Mercy Church, Fajir Unit celebrated Childrens Day by organising games for the children of Fajir parish on Sunday 4th November 2018 from 9.00am at Church grounds. Rev Fr. Sunil Joseph Veigas - Parish Priest presided over the programme along with Roshan Dsouza - Vice President and John Victor Mendonca, Secretary Parish Pastoral Council, Fajir, Lancy Flaied Dalmeida – President and Nisha Roshni Dsouza - Sports Secretary, ICYM Fajir Unit were the dignitaries present on the dais.

Teena Ferrao welcomed the dignitaries and the gathering. The dignitaries inaugurated the programme by throwing the ball as a symbolic sign of sports. Rev Fr. Sunil Joseph Veigas addressed the gathering by wishing success to the programme. Teena Ferrao proposed the vote of thanks and compered the programme.
