Dec 28, 2023 : Christmas , the festival commemorating the Birth of Jesus Christ was celebrated with joy from the very beginning of the advent. As preparation for Christmas, buntings were put on the church campus. Also the youth enthusiastically prepared the crib to spread the good news of the birth of Jesus.

To enhance the spirit of Christmas and give the parishioners an opportunity to showcase their talents, the youth of ICYM Permannur conducted a star making competition. Most of the stars were made in accordance with the requirements of the competition. The creativity of the participants was overwhelming. The response was well appreciated by all and the best three wards were awarded with prizes.

First place won by Milagres ward, Second place won by St. Louis 2nd ward and 3rd place won by Nithyadhar 2nd ward. The prizes for the winners will be given on 31st of December after the new year eve mass.

The entire program was organized under the guidance and support of unit Director Rev. Fr. Cyprian Pinto.
