Sep 6 : ICYM Bajpe unit joined hands to collect contributions from Bajpe parishioners under the initiative Mission K2K initiated by ICYM Central Council Mangalore Diocese to flood affected areas of Kerala and Kodagu District. Vinil Pinto ICYM Unit President, Asha Cutinho Unit Secretary coordinated the programme along with the members.
On 19th August 2018 contributions were collected by the unit members from the parishioners in the form of cash and other items like Rice, clothes, soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, sanitary, medicine kits, water, milk powder, Biscuits etc there was good response from the parishioners and the items were handed over to ICYM Pezar Deanery and they sent those items to ICYM Diocesean Office Jeppu. All the youth of ICYM Bajpe took active part in collecting the items.
