June 18 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement, Delanthabettu Unit organized “ Bible Quiz - 2019 ” for the parishioners on Sunday, 31st March 2019 . Under the leadership of V. Rev. Fr Lancy Saldanha – Parish Priest, Alwin Dsouza – President and Lavita DSouza - Secretary, ICYM Delanthabettu Unit based on the 'New Testament' on the theme : Changing our life through the power of god's word.

Pradeep Dsouza - Vice-President, ICYM Delanthabettu Unit conducted the competition on every Sunday in the month of March and April. The participants performed actively and gave more beauty to the competition. The finale round was held on 19th May under the title “ Mega Bible Quiz ". The participants were divided into 3 categories like children, gents and ladies. The top scorers were honoured with 1st place and 2nd place in all categories.

Addressing to the parishioners, V. Rev. Fr Lancy Saldanha said that, everyone should show interest wholeheartedly to read and meditate the bible personally and every family must have a bible. Meantime, he appreciated the youth for organizing the competition. Alwin dsouza thanked the organizing committee and its members, as well the parishioners for their active participation. The competition concluded with the prize distribution ceremony.
