Aug 14 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Paladka unit organized "YUVA SAMBHRAM - 2022" for the youths including YCS members on 7th August 2022 at 10:00 am in the Church Hall.

Parish Pastoral Council Vice-president Arthur Dias , Secretary Roshan Serrao , co-ordinator of 21 commissions Vincent Pinto, ICYM Animator Prajwal Dsouza, YCS Animator Jacintha Sequeira, ICYM President Roshni Fernandes, Secretary Gloria Cardoza, YCS President Vinson Dantis were present on the dais.

Prayer was conducted by liturgy representative Jasmin Dantis. The ICYM president welcomed the guests and the gathering. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp.

Vincent Pinto encouraged the youths to utilize the program to its fullest potential and complimented the ICYM president and team for organising it. YCS animator also complimented the youth for organising the program.

The vote of thanks for the program was given by YCS secretary Joslin.

After the inauguration , ICYM animators divided the youth into 4 groups. After making 4 groups, he conducted some group games. All the youths had so much fun while playing the games.

At 11:30am, the resource person Fr. Milton was welcomed by the ICYM president with a rose. The resource person Fr. Milton spoke on the subject of how Youth can build their future. He also conducted some activities relating to the topic.

At the end there was a stage program to felicitate the winning groups. Resource person Fr. Milton , ICYM animators Avil Dsouza and Prajwal Dsouza , ICYM president and secretary and YCS president were present on the dais.

The winning teams were awarded and Fr. Milton congratulated the parish for organising such a good "Yuva Sambhram". Fr. Milton was given a momento by the president on behalf of all the youths of Paladka unit.

After the "Yuva Sambhram", ICYM paladka unit celebrated "FRIENDSHIP DAY" by tying friendship bands to each other.

About 40 youths participated enthusiastically. Breakfast and lunch was provided. It was an amazing day with everyone enjoying it.
