ICYM Shirthady unit celebrated “Laudato - Si” by planting saplings in the farm site of Mount Carmel Church, Shirthady on Sunday, 21st July 2019 at Penchar.

The programme commenced at 10:30 am under the guidance of Rev. Fr Francis Crasta – Parish Priest, Mount Carmel Church, Shirthaduy and under the leadership of Joyston Dcosta - President, Jesvita Leyora Pereira – Secretary along with the members of ICYM Shirthady unit. The youths successfully planted a total of 50 saplings which includes Neem, Jackfruit and Teakwood.
