Jan 23, 2023 : The ICYM members organized an inter-ward solo and group singing competition. The event took place on January 21st , and the programme commenced with a prayer song by ICYM members. ICYM president Jeshma Saldanha welcomed the gathering. ICYM Members Ishal D’Souza and Rovita Lasrado introduced the judges followed by briefing on rules and regulations of the competitions.
There were 7 categories for boys and girls and men and women comprising solo and group singing. Totally 76 participants took part in solo and 7 wards took part in group singing. Sr. Patricia assisted in score counting.

In the stage programme that ensued next, Parish Priest Fr. Paul Pinto, Fr Timothy Saldanha, vice president Francis Gonsalves, Judges Alwyn D’Cunha, Wilma Viola Lobo, Sr Preethan Saldanha AC and Jason Rebello Moodbidri, ICYM Animator Prasad Vas were present on the Dais.
Fr Paul Pinto in his speech congratulated the parishioners for taking active part in the singing competition. Prasad Vas felicitated the judges. The winners in each category were awarded the prizes . Ishel Dsouza compered the programme . Oshal Serrao thanked everyone for their participation and support.
