April 10, 2017: To mark the prayerful season of Lent, ICYM City Deanery in collaboration with ICYM Shakthinagar Unit organized a Taize Prayer Service on Sunday 2nd April 2017 in the Mother of God Church, Shakthinagar, Mangalore Diocese.
The Taize Prayer service was led by Fr. Paul Prakash D’Souza, Director - ICYM City Deanery & Fr. Anil Lobo, Assistant Parish Priest of Cordel Church.
The choir group enhanced the beauty of the prayer service through their melodious Bhajans & meditational verses from the Bible.
Fr. Walter D'Souza, Parish Priest of Shakthinagar parish was present. Many youth & parishioners experienced the warmth of God’s love through a prayerful service.
