May 11 : ICYM Bannur Unit organized Summer Camp – 2019 for the children from 1st to 10th Std of Bannur parish on 12th and 13th of April 2019 at St. Antony Church, Bannur. Rev. Fr Prashanth Fernandes – Parish Priest, St. Antony Church, Bannur along with Mr. Inas Gonsalves - Vice President and Mrs. Wilma Gonsalves – Secretary, Bannur parish pastoral council were the dignitaries of the programme.
The programme commenced with a prayer and the dignitaries inaugurated the programme by lighting up the lamp. Noel Ivan Pias – President, ICYM Bannur Unit welcomed the guests, participants and the gathering. All the dignitaries addressed the children with a few words.

After the formal programme, ICYM members conducted activities and games to all the children for two consecutive days along with motivational sessions by the parish teachers. All the dignitaries were honored with a rose and a memento as a token of respect during the occasion. Sumptuous lunch was arranged as a part of this occasion. It was a successful programme and very cheerful days for all the children of Bannur parish.
