Jan 2 : ICYM Kokkada Unit organised Sports Day to all the parishioners of Kokkada on Sunday 23rd December 2018 at Kokkada School Grounds.

Johnson Pais - President, ICYM Kokkada Unit welcomed the guests and the gathering. Rev. Fr Jagdish Pinto - Parish Priest, St. John the Baptist Church, Kokkada presided and inaugurated the programme along with Alice Dsouza - Vice President and Lawrence Pais - Secretary, Kokkada Parish Pastoral Council were present as the dignitaries of the programme.

Rev. Fr Jagdish Pinto addressed the gathering with his few words of encouragement to all the youth and the parishioners and wished best of luck to all. Aneesh Lobo, Kadaba - Joint Secretary, ICYM Central Council, Mangalore Diocese and James Crishal Dsouza, Kadaba - President, Rakshith Pinto, Uppinangady - Secretary, Prashanth Dsouza, Nellyady - Vice President, ICYM St. Paul Eastern Deanery, Puttur paid visit to the event. Parishioners took active part in all the games with enthusiasm and teamspirit. All the ward gurkars and ward representatives extended their support to this event.

Divya Dsouza - Secretary, ICYM Kokkada Unit proposed the vote of thanks. Jayanth Dsouza compered the programme. It was a fun-filled day to all the parishioners of Kokkada and a day to remember.
