On December 17, 2023, ICYM Puttur organized various competitions to celebrate the joyous occasion of Christmas. The event took place in the Church Hall from 11am to 12 pm, where participants of different age groups showcased their creativity and talent.
The various competitions were divided into three categories:
1. Greetings Card Competition: This category was open to kids up to 4th standard. The young participants brought their imagination to life by creating beautiful and festive greetings cards. It was heart-warming to see their enthusiasm and artistic skills on display.
2. Drawing Competition: Students from 5th to 7th standard showcased their artistic abilities in the drawing competition. The participants used their creativity to illustrate the spirit of Christmas through their artwork. The drawings were filled with vibrant colors, depicting scenes of joy, love, and the true meaning of Christmas.
3. Collage Competition: Participants from 8th standard and above formed groups of three to create captivating collages. This category allowed them to collaborate and combine their ideas to make visually stunning artworks. The collages reflected the diversity and unity of the Christmas season.

Overall, the ICYM Puttur Christmas Competitions were a delightful celebration of creativity, talent, and the joyous spirit of Christmas. It brought the community together and showcased the artistic skill of the participants. Prizes to the prize winners were distributed after Christmas Vigil Mass.
