Every year ‘Vanamahotsava is celebrated in the first week of July. The main intention of this celebration is to understand the importance of trees, to grow them and take care of them.
In this week of vanamahotsava, i.e. from 1st to 7th July 2021, the youth of ICYM Permannur Unit cleaned their house surroundings and planted a sapling.
Due to rise in the covid cases, they were encouraged to celebrate it at our houses. Later a picture was clicked along with the planted sapling and made into a collage and spread on social media to spread awareness among others.
