Oct 4 : October 2nd has been observed as Gandhi Jayanthi across the nation. On behalf of this occasion, ICYM Kokkada Unit participated in the Shramadhan Programme on 2nd October 2023 from 09:30 am to 12.00 pm at St. John's higher primary school Kaukrady, Kokkada.
After the small stage program, ICYM members joined hands in cleaning the school surroundings and flower garden under the guidance of Ms. Geneveive Fernandes – principal , St. John's higher primary school.

There were 9 ICYM members and school children as well as some of the parents were present and they enjoyed working together. The programme was successful. Finally after completion of Shramadhan work, all ICYM members gathered together and distributed sweets to the children and to their parents.
