Indian Catholic Youth Movement Puttur Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday on 5th August 2018 during 8:15 am mass at Mai De Deus Church, Puttur. The Conference of Catholic Bishops of India ( C.C.B.I ) observed and celebrated National Youth Sunday with the theme Youth, Faith and Vocational Discernment on Sunday 5th August 2018 across India.

To mark this auspicious occasion, ICYM members of Puttur Unit celebrated National Youth Sunday by taking part in the Holy Eucharistic Celebration as well by conducting Sunday Liturgy and Choir. Rev Fr Pius James Dsouza O.C.D celebrated the Holy Eucharistic Celebration followed by adoration for all the youth along with Rev Fr Alfred John Pinto Parish Priest Mai De Deus Church Puttur and specially prayed for all the youth. ICYM members offered special offerings in large number and celebrated the Holy Eucharistic Celebration in a sacred way. In this way ICYM Puttur Unit Members celebrated National Youth Sunday as a day to remember.
